8 Week Early Morning Transformation Programme
Congratulations on taking the first steps to making some significant changes to how you look and feel. This programme is for those who are committed and ready to see significant changes in strength, confidence and body composition.
The Programme is ideal for you if:
- You're a lady between 25-55 years of age (roughly) and want to lose 3kg or more.
- You live in the Northwich area and can train at our gym 2-3 times a week.
- 6am Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
- 6am Tuesday, Thursday and 8:30am on the Saturday

- Access to our private members only mobile app- This is where you will receive the necessary support and tools that you need to get on track and kick start long term, long lasting results. The mobile app is used to track and measure progress through the use of previous weights lifted, progress pictures and measurements.
