I am on week five of the transformation and I am loving every minute. Didn't think those words would ever come out of my mouth with regards to working out or going to a gym but it's true! I attend three times a week for an hour each time. The plan Ged gives you is set to suit your ability and builds up as you get stronger. The friendly staff there to help all the time. The atmosphere in the gym is so friendly and everyone encourages each other and you get guidance on your eating through fitness pal. I have lost weight and my body is noticeably changing already! The way you have taught me good form to help me get the best from my workouts. For 5 years I've been doing body-pump and getting knee pain. One session with you fixed that.
