Offering a variety of workouts, ranging from body weight exercise and cardio routines for beginners, all the way to heavy weight, weight lifting, strength routines, and everything in between.
I also offer dietary advice in conjunction with weight loss programs, and or body composition conversion programs.
Over the next few months I will be building my portfolio, offering affordable one to one and group PT training sessions, plying my new trade as a health and fitness crusader, and building a client base. All of which i hope you can be a part of.
I have already had visible success, training friends and family, most notably my sister who after being ill and enfeebled is now strong, fit and lean.
