I've been involved in Strength and Conditioning for many years. With the years of experience I have behind me I can help you achieve your goals. From weight loss, increasing your general fitness or if you have a specific goal, I am able to offer expert advice regarding eating and training plans. As welI as literally hundreds of PT clients I have also been fortunate enough to have trained athletes of international standard and competed at both a national and international level myself, most recently achieving a bronze medal in the European Weightlifting Championships 2015. I am able to use this knowledge, along with the many years of Strength and Conditioning, fitness  training and nutrition expertise  to help others achieve their goals.
