It all starts with firstly becoming a member of the gym so you have access to the equipment;
This membership package is for those that have taken control of their own training. You will have access to ALL the Open Gym sessions on the timetable including weightlifting classes. You will be training with a plan to help you get the most from yourself every session.
After you've purchased your membership, it's now up to you, whether or not, you need to buy a Training & Support Package. These are the 3 main packages we offer, as well as our ongoing programmes.

Premium Training & Support Package *£47 p/m
All your workouts are updated and sent direct to your phone/tablet & PC via the efitpropt App, the workouts have videos to show you what to do, you can also record all your workout data, food diary, progress pictures and track your measurements etc, to help you along the way. We can help you build some good habits too. *I can feed back to you about your diet should you need some assistance. You can purchase that option below: |
Complete Training & Support Package *£69 p/m
This gets you all the benefits of the Premium Package, plus I’ll set you up and follow you in MyFitnessPal. You get feedback from a weight management coach that works from the gym, also email support from me weekly regarding your food and exercise. As well as the gym, you can come to 3 coached sessions a week, these are small group PT’s, at either 6am or 7pm Mon -Thurs (6pm Friday) where there is always a coach on hand to help you with your technique. If you’re unsure of, or are new to exercise, this is a great way to get additional support. You can purchase that option below. |
Ultimate Training & Support package *£159 p/m
This is our most comprehensive membership package. for those who are very serious about achieving their training goals. Its the first step down from our full Personal Training packages to you taking control of your own training. As well as receiving all the benefits of the Complete Package, you also get 4 Personal Training sessions p/m. If you need a lot of support, then this is the package for you. You can purchase that option below. |
Payment is by monthly standing order with NO MINIMUM TIME COMMITMENT; you can cancel at any time with 2 months notice.

Personal Programme Design £30A fully personalised programme designed & written for the number of sessions you choose to maintain continued progress.
Movement Screening £20We screen your movement patterns, to find out if you have any muscle weaknesses or flexibility. Issues that may be limiting factors in your training and address these so you make the best possible progress and remain injury free.
Sports Massage Therapy £30 per hourSports Massage to work out any tension that you have, injuries that you pick up on the field, or to help speed up your recovery.

Body Composition Testing £30State of the art ultrasound body composition tests. You will receive a full print out and recommendations about your current weight and body fat levels, done regularly this is the best measure of how effective your training and diet are.
Postural Assessment £20We complete a full initial postural assessment to identify any issues that may be limiting factors in your training or sport performance and perhaps causing you pain or discomfort.
(This services would normally cost up to £30 per hour.) Nutritional Guidance £20Diet advice, meal plan and macro nutrient breakdown to make sure you know exactly what to eat to fuel maximum benefit from your programme.

Joining R A Fitness was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I joined up nearly a month ago and I have lost just over a stone already. This is no ordinary gym, this place is all about functional fitness. Ged's expertise, knowledge and support has been immense in the short time I have been there and the effect is fantastic.
