​Having lived in Singapore, Uganda, Malaysia and England, Tim enjoys connecting with people from various walks of life. Tim graduated with a 1st Class honours degree from the University of Greewich in Sports Science with Professional Football Coaching.
He went on to further complete a masters in Strength & Conditioning at Greenwich, gaining a distinction in his MSc, he did this whilst working at Gillingham F.C. during the 2014/15 season.
 
Tim's current passions are in functional movement, injury prevention & rehabilitation & Bodyweight training. Having played semi-pro football in the past and gone through several injuries, he strongly believes in the importance of 'Physical Preparedness' for both general populations and specific sport athletes.
 
Regarding his personal ambitions moving forward, he hopes to raise the standard in the Health & Fitness industry through genuine care for people
