Full Programme design for each and every session. We write a programme specifically designed for you to get you to your goals faster. This allows the training programme to address the details of your goals whilst providing the benefits of training on a regular basis.
You will receive a fully personalized plan, with macro nutrient (protein, carbs &fat) breakdown designed & based upon your exact requirements. You'll be tracking these using the MyFitnessPal App and we will monitor your diet and provide feedback weekly.
As an additional bonus we'll give you our 8 week transformation diet book, this is packed full of helpful info as well as an 8 week meal planner and shopping list to take some of the hard work out of it, you will also receive our 30 Days of food recipe book, as well as templates and sample food diary's.
