Ultimate Membership (£189/Month)


This is our most comprehensive membership package for those who are very serious about achieving their training goals. Its the first step from our full Personal Training packages to you taking control of your own training. AS well as 1 Personal Training Session a week you will be coached through all of your sessions.

Our Ultimate Package Provides You With All Of The Following:


Initial Screening

We screen your movement patterns, to find out if you have any muscle weaknesses or flexibility issues that may be limiting factors in your training and address these so you make the best possible progress and remain injury free.
(This services would normally cost up to £30 per hour.)

Coaching For EVERY Session

Coached by qualified staff, we will ensure all exercises are performed correctly and safely with great motivation

Personal Programme

A fully personalized programme designed & based on the screening & postural analysis, written for the number of sessions you choose each week and updated every 4 weeks to maintain continued progress. Screenings will be repeated at appropriate intervals to further display improvements and facilitate programme design.
(Programme design normally costs £30 for an update)

Regular Reviews

including  body composition and personal coaching check-ins to make sure you know exactly what to do to get the most from your programme.

Postural Assessment

We complete a full initial postural assessment to identify any issues that may be limiting factors in your training or sport performance and perhaps causing you pain or discomfort.
(This services would normally cost up to £30 per hour.)

Personal Training

One personal training session each week and UNLIMITED access to Open Gym sessions (session times are shown on the timetable page). This allows the training programme and coaching to address the details of your goals while still providing the benefits of training in a group on a regular basis. 
(4 PT sessions normally cost nearly £120)

Nutritional Guidance

Diet advice, meal plan and recipe book to make sure you know exactly what to eat to fuel maximum benefit from the programme.

Basic Injury Support

To give you some help with those niggles and advice on what may be the best course of action for you to get treated.
(These services would normally cost up to £40 per hour.)
Free T-Shirt and Hoody to show everyone that you are serious about your training. (Normal value £40)
The value of this membership is in excess of £250 per month. 
Payment is by monthly standing order with NO MINIMUM TIME COMMITMENT; you can cancel at any time with 1 months notice. But we recommend that you give the programme 3 months to see how much you have gained before deciding

I have been training at RA fitness for a while now. I'm a mum of 2 teenagers and work in an office, and when I came to R A Fitness 8 months ago I had no muscle or core strength and was having to see an osteopath regularly for back and neck problems. I started off with a 6 week pt course and then went on to work out 3 times a week in the gym with Ged keeping an eye on me. I've been going 4 times a week doing a mixture of cardio and weight-lifting. In total I've lost 1 stone and 2" from my hips and waist.
